Simplify Your Work Procedure

Officelab PR02002 applies to kitchens, check-out counters, as well as other occasions that require thermal receipt printers. No ink box or toner is needed. The printing speed can reach 150mm/s. A perfect choice for your businesses.

Compatibility

The supported width of the thermal receipt covers 80mm and 58mm (3 1/8�and 2 1/4�, with the diameter of paper roll below 80mm. Officelab offers this kind of receipt paper.

Compatible System: Windows and Mac OS. Note that the PR02002 is not compatible with iOS, Android, Linux, or Chrome OS.

The printer is compatible with printers based on ESC/POS commands. If you are not sure of the command type of your POS software, please consult the POS manufacturer. The printer cannot work with the POS software that has specified printer brands.

Logo Customization Setting

The PR02002 supports the logo customization function. You can set the customized logos with the help of the Officelab User Tool inside the USB flash disk. You can turn your receipt into a publicity media by printing the logo on it.

1. The function works under Windows systems only.

2. The logo file must be black-and-white bitmap for a single digit, in BMP format within 7KB. If you have any problems, please get in touch with us and we can customize the logo file for you.

3. Customs tax and VAT
For US customers, there is NO tax or duties. For customers from other countries, import duties and taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges and we are not responsible for them, customers should be responsible for it. For some small or low-value item, there is no tax actually. But for more information, please check with your country’s customs office to know the tax threshold, and exact charges.

4. Delivery time:
After your order payment confirmation, we will send the parcel usually in 1-2 business days. For the US customers, if you choose standard shipping, it usually takes about 3-6 days; If you choose express shipping, it only takes about 1-3 days for you to receive it within the US.

Product FAQ

1. Is the scanner compatible with Square/Shopify/QuickBooks, or some other software, POS?

Our scanner is incompatible with Square/Shopify/QuickBooks. We never restrict other software or applications from using our barcode scanners. However, some software or applications may require a designated brand of barcode scanner or may have some special requirements. It is recommended to contact the software manufacturer to double check. If there are no special restrictions, our barcode scanner should be compatible with those software. If your software has some special requirements, please provide us with more details and then we will test and provide you with a solution.

2. Can the scanner read DPM code?

No. DPM code has extremely high requirements on the scanner. All of our scanners do not support this barcode type.

3. What can I do if my scanner doesn't work in Bluetooth wireless mode?

To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first:

  • Make sure your scanner has wireless function.
  • Try the scanner with different Bluetooth devices to see if the wireless function works.
  • Charge the scanner for 3~4 hours and check if the LED light is on.
  • Restore the scanner to factory defaults.
  • Delete the Bluetooth pairing record on your device, and re-pair them according to the user manual.

4. What can I do if the red beam comes on but the barcode cannot be recognized?

To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first:

  • Make sure the scanner is well connected with your device.
  • Check if your scanner is configured to read this type of barcode.
  • Scan the barcode from different distance.

If the issue still persists, please contact Inateck customer support with a sharp picture of the barcode for further assistance.

5. The scanner works well in wired mode but it gives wrong scans in Bluetooth mode.

To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first:

  • If the scanner is working with Mac OS or iOS, please program the scanner to Mac OS/iOS mode according to the manual.
  • Make sure the scanner's language matches the language of your device.
  • Decrease the data transmission speed. The data transmission interval is 0ms by default. You can set the data ransmission Interval to 64ms or 96ms if necessary.
